You can transfer all the images from Facebook to Google+ using Primadesk Photo manager. The setup is really easy and you can choose which photos to move and which not. The process is simple you simply have to copy all the images to Picasa albums and as Google uses Picassa for its photo storage all your images will now show up in Google+
