Ex- In UAE main telecommunication service is Etisalat. But if you are using an Etisalat internet connection you will not be able to go to the skype webpage and so on.
Internet IP adress is the number that you will be tracked if any illigeal activity is done thrugh the internet. Unfortunatl\eluy by this sftware no one will able to track you.
