Windows Optimization is really important because you need to work a lot and as time passes your system goes down and down well you take some steps by cleaning th temporary files or by using some freeware applications like CCleaner which gives you easy access to clean all the junk files and repair registry errors for faster performance.
But there are some things always left behind which should be cleaned by some heavy profile software by those cost a huge amount so today I will share a small freeware application which cleans all the files and many other stuff you can see the screenshot below .:
Aero OneClean is really easy to use and easy to configure after downloading this amazing application from below simply extract and run the setup after setup is complete double click the desktop icon and you will be presented with the above screen to mark all the things which you wanna clean so by default all these things will not be marked there would be few so mark according too your preference and than click Save.
Now after you have saved the settings again double click the desktop icon and then it will automatically start the cleaning process. So enjoy tweaking up windows with this amazing free application.
